Biography

Courtney Nelson is originally from Illinois and graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in animal ecology. She completed her veterinary degree at the University of Missouri and her residency in clinical pathology at the University of Illinois. In 2019, she was board certified by the American College of Veterinary Pathologists. Courtney previously held roles in academia and industry before joining Antech in January 2025. Currently, she resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband, two children, and two rescue dogs. Courtney enjoys running, gardening, and spending time with her family.
