Biography

Dr. Strohmayer graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine in Vienna, Austria in 2010 and addressed her doctoral thesis at the diagnostic imaging department to the question if there is a relationship of vertebral new bone formation and chronic intestinal diseases. She started a small animal residency program at the University of Veterinary Medicine in Vienna in 2015. During her residency she did externships to the University of Zurich, Switzerland, the Royal Veterinary College, London, UK and the North Carolina State College of Veterinary Medicine, USA. In the beginning of 2019 she passed her exam to become a board-certified radiologist (ECVDI). She wanted to intensify her interest in research and is currently starting a PhD. She is happy to join the great team of Antech Imaging Services and work with radiologists from all over the world. She enjoys traveling the world and getting to know different cultures and people.
