Biography

Dr. Statz has worked as a part time internal medicine consult for Antech since 2011. She is boarded in emergency and critical care, but has a strong interest in internal medicine. She works one day a week at a local clinic in Illinois to keep up her clinical skills. She lives with her husband who is also a veterinary criticalist and their 3 pre-teen/teenage children. She has a house full of pets including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, parakeets and chickens. She loves traveling, horseback riding and SCUBA diving.
